I am here to help open pathways to self-discovery; build emotional strength and help you see how awesome you are! Individual counseling can be anywhere from 45 minutes to up to 75 minutes once a week, bi weekly, monthly check in or intensive (longer than 90 minute session) depending on your immediate needs and what therapeutic concepts we are working through. This is about YOU!

THERAPY for BURNOUT AND PERFECTIONISM CAN HELP YOU FEEL MORE AT EASE.
Nature based therapy can help you get out of your head and back into your body so that you can process the hard things you’ve been through.
Nature-based therapy offers an active, engaging approach to trauma therapy, combining the benefits of time in nature with evidence-based approaches such as Somatic Experiencing and EMDR. For people experiencing burnout, perfectionism, chronic stress, or the lasting effects of trauma, getting outside can create space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and step out of the patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode.
Animal assisted trauma therapy can help with nervous system regulation and processing while making therapy more approachable, experiential, and even fun. Therapy can be a place to build new skills, process what you've been through, and reconnect with yourself without taking yourself too seriously. Let’s get started!

FAQs
COMMON QUESTIONS
-
Individual therapy can help with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, and chronic stress. You don’t have to have a specific diagnosis or be in crisis to start therapy. Sometimes you simply know that the way you’re living, coping, or relating isn’t working anymore and you want some help figuring out what needs to change.
-
There’s no single formula for therapy. Sessions are conversational and collaborative, and what you work on depends on what you need that day. In nature-based therapy, sessions may happen outdoors and incorporate movement, observation, or other experiences in the natural environment. Depending on your goals, therapy may also include approaches like Somatic Experiencing or EMDR to help you work with stress, trauma, and emotions that may be difficult to process through talking alone.
-
Nope. Therapy isn't about forcing yourself to tell your entire life story before you're ready. We can start with what's happening for you now and build from there. If you're working through trauma, Somatic Experiencing and EMDR can offer ways to process difficult experiences without requiring you to describe every detail over and over again. We work together to build safety!
