I am private pay only. This is because insurance can sometimes offer some therapeutic limitations and structures that impact confidentiality, creativity of the sessions and can add labels that could impact other areas of your life. It is critically important that this space remains as safe and comfortable as possible and therefore the decision to be private pay was not taken lightly. It is absolutely OKAY to need to use your insurance to get the help you need; I am happy to be able to offer great referrals to some amazing clinicians that can best fit those needs.

Individual 50-75 minute sessions: $185-240

Couples 50-75 minute sessions: $215-270

Intensives

Half day: 4 hour program (3 face to face hours) starting: $840

1 day: 8 hour program (6 face to face hours) starting: $1680

2 day: 11 hour program (9 face to face hours) starting: $3410

All Intensive packages (half day -2 days in length) follow the following payment schedule.

The Intensive payment Schedule is divided into 3 payments:

For clients who schedule with more than 1 month until their intensive:

• TIME OF BOOKING: 50% of total fee is due at time of booking to secure your date. This fee is non-refundable. After paying this fee you will receive your workbook and will have approximately 3 weeks to complete to discuss during your pre-intensive interview.

• DAY OF PRE-INTENSIVE INTERVIEW: Additional 25% of total fee is due the day of your pre-intensive in person or video conference. This fee is non-refundable due to services rendered.

• FIRST DAY OF INTENSIVE: Final 25% payment is due the first day of your Intensive package.

For Clients who have less than 1 month until their intensive:

• TIME OF BOOKING: 50% is due at time of booking to secure your date and receive your workbook. You will immediately receive your workbook to begin working on it. This fee is non-refundable once booked.

• DAY OF PRE-INTENSIVE INTERVIEW: Additional 25% of total fee is due the day of your pre-intensive in person or video conference. This fee is non-refundable due to services rendered.

• FIRST DAY OF INTENSIVE: Final 25% payment is due the first day of your Intensive package.

If you cancel the Intensive with 2 weeks of Day 1, you will be charged the total amount of the Intensive Package. 

If you cancel the Intensive with 2+ weeks of Day 1, you will have the option of rescheduling and your deposit will be credited towards the new date within the next 6 months. If rescheduling is not fulfilled, deposit will be forfeit. 

Effective 1/1/22, a federal ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act,” protecting clients against surprise medical billing. This act requires all healthcare providers to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) to any patient who is uninsured or who is insured but does not plan to use their insurance to pay for health care services. If applicable, your GFE will explain the cost of services that are reasonably expected for mental health care. It won’t include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment.
